Michael took the time to look for any detail or past issues that could cause major problems with the house.. His expertise in the carpentry area was outstanding .. Things the average person is oblivious to he noted and explained what could happen if this was overlooked..

I needed a home inspection fast so reached out to Michael of American Dream. He made himself available to meet my timeline and I was so grateful. Michael was very thorough and found issues in the home that needed to be addressed by the owner. He also recommended that I get a structural engineer to come in for assessment of cracks in foundation so that I didn't get stuck with a big, expensive problem. Everything worked out. I am lucky that Michael will be my new neighbor soon! He is so much fun and so friendly. He really is the best!

Mike was very professional from the start. Very easy to communicate with, even early in the morning to schedule appointment. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything to us before the inspection and even making some recommendations. During the inspection, he was detailed and professional. Fees are competitive with other inspectors, and he is willing to travel within NJ. Also, the fact that he is able to schedule the termite, tank sweep and other services, was extremely helpful and the report was received within 48 hours. Would recommend Mike for any of your inspection needs.
