I needed a home inspection fast so reached out to Michael of American Dream. He made himself available to meet my... timeline and I was so grateful. Michael was very thorough and found issues in the home that needed to be addressed by the owner. He also recommended that I get a structural engineer to come in for assessment of cracks in foundation so that I didn't get stuck with a big, expensive problem. Everything worked out. Mike was very professional from the start. Very easy to communicate with, even early in the morning to schedule... appointment. He was extremely thorough in explaining everything to us before the inspection and even making some recommendations. During the inspection, he was detailed and professional. Fees are competitive with other inspectors, and he is willing to travel within NJ. Also, the fact that he is able to schedule the termite, tank sweep and other services, was extremely helpful and the report was received within 48 hours.
